Programme Overview
The Project Management Excellence Programme is structured to deliver both theoretical rigour and practical application, and is designed to support measurable improvements in project delivery capability and professional practice.
Participants first complete a 4-day PMP® certification preparation programme, aligned with PMI’s current examination content outline. This builds a strong foundation in globally recognised project management standards, covering predictive (Waterfall), Agile, and hybrid approaches.
This is followed by 2 days of Project Management in Practice, delivered in collaboration with Thomas & Adamson (Egis Group), where participants apply project management principles through real-life case studies, execution planning, risk management exercises, scheduling, and project communications.
Together, the two components support the effective translation of learning into real-world workplace application.
