The Project Management in Practice programme is designed to bridge the gap between project management theory and real-world delivery. Developed in collaboration with the Egis Group, the programme provides practical insight into the tools, frameworks, governance processes, and delivery approaches used across major infrastructure, real estate, and public-sector projects. Delivered by practising Chartered Project Management professionals, participants gain practical knowledge that can be immediately applied within live project environments to strengthen planning, coordination, governance, and delivery performance.
