PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

The Scotland Cultural Immersion Programme is designed to provide organisations with insight into how systems, institutions, and environments are planned, developed, and delivered.
Delivered in Scotland, the programme combines cultural context, institutional engagement, and applied learning within real-world settings. Participants gain exposure to public sector environments, leadership contexts, cultural assets, infrastructure, education, and service delivery.

Using Scotland as a live case study, the programme supports participants to explore how governance, culture, infrastructure, and strategy operate together within a high-performing system.

Explores how urban planning, infrastructure, landscape, and cultural identity are integrated within a high-performing environment through experiences across Edinburgh, Dean Village, South Queensferry, and the iconic Forth Bridges.
Includes a visit to St Andrews and engagement with one of the world’s most internationally recognised academic environments, exploring how education, heritage, reputation, and innovation contribute to global competitiveness.

Provides exposure to Scotland’s natural environment through experiences across the Highlands, exploring rural tourism, cultural storytelling, heritage interpretation, visitor engagement, and national identity.
