The PMP® programme provides structured preparation aligned with PMI®’s current Examination Content Outline, covering predictive, Agile, and hybrid delivery approaches. Participants develop the knowledge, skills, and practical understanding required to manage complex projects, lead teams, and deliver successful outcomes across a range of organisational environments.
Completion of the programme fulfils PMI®’s 35-hour formal training requirement, enabling eligible participants to apply for the PMP® certification examination.
